Struggling still with the humidity. But otherwise today's skipping all OK.
Had a great dinner at my most favourite place in Tokyo, Andy's Place (Shinhinomoto). I took my scales and I weighed out all my food. Was with good friends, so felt comfortable doing that.
I also met Lori (PCP Day 69) there, who told me that Andy can do PCP compliant food as he knows a lot of people who have completed PCP already. I had just picked what I wanted from the menu and adjusted--because I didn't know this. But that it the best news I had in the last 3 weeks.
Anyway, now I also have additional confirmation that I am doing the right thing by hearing how all these guys have changed their bodies dramatically.
This is the best news ever. I just love Andy's. I have been going there for about 11 years.
ReplyDeleteIsn't it ever!!! I now have a going out place. Andy is the first person I have mentioned PCP to who actually knew what I was talking about! He also confirmed that I would become a lean, mean machine so I am even happier.
ReplyDeleteSad thing is that it is not really conducive to taking the baby which is why I haven't been for a while. He does fantastic swordfish and those scallops.. oh and the asparagus is brilliant too.
ReplyDeleteIt is one of the few places I will take my children to. You are fine to take the baby from Andy's perspective, just make sure that you go early, ie 5.30pm so that there isn't any smoke. I had asparagus, tomato and tuna sashimi last night. Love the ginko nuts too but need to check with Patrick to see if they are PCP compliant. Lovely blackened cod.
ReplyDeleteIt would blow his mind for me to show up with a baby. I haven't been there for ages. Mainly due to the smoke as while I was pregnant it made me feel really ill. It gets pretty smokey in there when it is packed.
